Moving Company Here

Yesterday a representative from the moving company was here. For 3 hours we went over everything we own, trying to determine what will go into storage here in Cleveland. What will arrive in 2-3 weeks by air. What will go into a cargo container that will travel by sea and arrive in 6-7 weeks. Has anyone heard in the news about a cargo ship that lost its cargo at sea. Ugh, I hope ours makes it.

    Ummm...about the cargo container....never heard of one being lost at sea, but when Larry's brother returned to the good old US from Germany, while watching his cargo container being offloaded from the ship by a crane...it fell...yep...right into the ocean. Oh, don't worry, the shipping people retrieved it (yikes!). I heard that most everything dried out OK!!!!!!! I think this only happens about one in every 10,000 shipping containers. No worries, Mate!

    Sue--I wouldn't even know where to begin to choose. You are so on the ball, I am sure you will make the right choices. YIKES--only a little more than a month left...
